Wendy's, what happened? Where are your standards in hamburger fast food? I felt like I was in a White Castle. This particular Wendy's is going down hill. The dining area was not clean.

This is literally the worst Wendy's I've been to in my entire life, I have been here 4 times now and all 4 times my order has been wrong, I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this has to stop

The Smyrna Wendy's is closed for renovations and I was glad to discover another close by. I should have paid attention to the reviews- my meal was horrible!!! It was literally the worst hamburger I have ever had, the meat smelled rotten. I could not eat it. That left me with the fries and strawberry lemonade. The fries were so salty I could not eat those either. My dinner ended up being my drink.
Will NEVER EVER go to that location again!! -

Only come to this Wendys if you have Time to waste!! It absolutely makes no difference if you can go in or wait in the drive-thru. The service is always moody, but who can blame them when they're sooo understaffed? Me and my girlfriend literally witnessed a manager WATCH an employee struggle at the counter, he didn't help take orders, ring them in, or anything. Please Wendys, DO BETTER!

This place is Disgusting!!!!!!!!!! I gave 1 star because it was the lowest I could go. The cold food and the employees not wearing gloves aside, the building needs to be torn down. The kitchen was absolutely filthy. The bathrooms were filthy, moldy and rusted out. The ceilings throughout the building were dirty and stained from years of leaks and neglect. The carpet in the dining area was filthy, stained and needs to be replaced with tile. The handrail in the serving line was so loose and rickety a child could knock it over. This building needs to be demolished. My biggest concern is Where is the HEALTH DEPARTMENT??!!!!!!!!!! Either the HEALTH DEPARTMENT is not doing they're job or SOMEONE is getting they're palms greased!!!!
